While Phished is not required to have a data protection officer (DPO), we do have a team-member dedicated to ensuring the security of your data. You can reach out to our DPO by emailing legal@phished.io.
Please note that this does not apply for end-users of the Phished software. If you're receiving e-mails from Phished regarding (i) the Phished Academy, (ii) phishing simulations sent out by Phished or (iii) any other e-mails regarding your Phished-account, your employer has created a Phished account for you as data controller. For these processing activities by Phished, we notify you that any questions or requests regarding your rights under the GDPR must be forwarded to your employer, who is responsible for handling this request.
